Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $100 cancellation or no-show fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. The cancellation fee will be applied.
A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. Charges will only be applied to late and cancellation violations.
No refunds or exchanges will be given for any reason on services or products. All products and services purchased online/in-store are FINAL SALE.
We use Square as our payment processing system and accept all forms of payment - Credit Cards and Debit.
Our preferred method is DEBIT or EMT.

We offer packages should you require a series of treatments for better value. Our packages do not have an expiry date.
Gift cards and store credits do not have expiry date but promotional offers have an expiry date, please review promotions for more information.
Price adjustments when a promotional offer has started is not permitted. Promotional offers cannot be combined with offers/discounts, gift card purchases, gift certificates in which a discount was applied.
Our client and team’s health and safety are our top priority. The Covid-19 Prescreening Questionnaire will be emailed to every client 12 hours before their scheduled appointment. This questionnaire must be filled out prior to every appointment.
